Does Sugarbush Gifts deliver outside the Randstad area ?
      A:     Gift Baskets outside the Randstad area are delivered by our courier.


    Does Sugarbush Gifts deliver outside The Netherlands ? 
      A:    Only in the Benelux countries, Germany and France. This is due to the prohibition on perishable goods
              in most countries outside the Benelux and the extreme high transport costs
              charged by our couriers to countries further afield.
             Gift Baskets outside the Randstad and The Netherlands are delivered by our courier.
             The delivery time and cost depend on the country of destination and will reflect at checkout.

How long will it take to ship my order in The Netherlands ?
  A:   If you place your order before 09h00 CET, your order will be dispatched the
        following workday and delivered the day after.
        Orders placed on Friday after 09h00 CET will only be delivered by our courier 
        the following Tuesday.

If recipient is not at home what happens to the Gift Basket ?
   A:   The Courier service will leave a note with the following applicable
               1. The courier will come back at a later time slot.
               2. Parcel has been left at the neighbours.
               3. The courier has delivered your parcel at a drop off point (with address) for
                   collection by the recipient.

Do you offer shipping insurance ?
   A:   All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping.

       A:   The courier service requires the recipient's phone number to ensure guaranteed delivery.
             No contact will be made with your gift recipient via phone unless there is a
             problem with delivery and there is a need to get in touch to make arrangements.


   How can I track my order?
       A:    The courier service will send you confirmation of the shipping order and supply you with a
              tracking number. This will enable you to see what the status is of your delivery.
